Martina Navratilova once said, ‘Disability is a matter of perception. If you can do just one thing well, you’re needed by someone.’ James has embodied this over eight years of dedicated service to Rogers Towers, and is truly appreciated and needed by everyone who works here. He continues to strive to be the best he can be and we are so proud to have him be a part of our family.

To try to return just a little bit of the love those with IDDs share with us so freely.
I take this pledge because I believe people with IDDs are just as capable as anyone else and deserve their rightful place in society.
I pledge because people who have IDD deserve to have a large impact in our society. I encourage all businesses to pursue these talented individuals, not for sympathy but to help achieve their goals. We need to focus on the individual person and not the disability.
Megan brings a breath of life to everybody here on the team. She’s a great asset, dependable, and we just love having her here. She’s great for our team.

Because we all deserve to be accepted. We all bring gifts to our communities.
I pledge for the support of my IDD daughter and those like her that are special in ways beyond measure.
I believe everyone deserves a proper chance in life. If the only thing standing in someone’s way is my attitude, I will do my best to get out of their way and extend a hand toward them.
I have been working with individuals with IDD as a behavior analyst and I am interested in making connections in a more casual environment!
